I wholeheartedly recommend Sure Petcare products - if you can get your hands on them, buy them! Not only is the cat flap that reacts to the microchip great (eliminates the need for a collar with a magnet that other flaps require), I absolute love the feeder that works on the same chip principle. Best invention ever. I have 3 cats, all of them rescues, and two are very fast and greedy eaters. The third one never experienced real hunger, so he eats normally like a cat should. When the other two cats were done eating, they usually turned to Smarty's food and ate that as well. So I got the feeder for him, and what a relief it was! - When my house sitter washed the feeder by dipping it into a basin of water to have it clean for my return, Sure Petcare was so amazingly helpful, helping me out of my fix and going the extra 10 miles. Thank you so much! Smarty can now put on weight again, and you have a customer for life!
We have had a Sure Petcare microchip activated cat flap for the past three years. It worked perfectly until recently when I discovered the door was missing the bottom-mounted magnet, permitting unregistered cats to enter, but not leave, the house. Customer Services could not have been more helpful and a replacement door was soon on its way and installed.

Amazing customer service. The products are generally very reliable, but when my Sureflap developed a fault (after 4 years) they sent me a new part for it, for free, which arrived the next day! Fantastic.
