I shop here regularly and the staff are very well informed, friendly and polite every time. The customer service is excellent and I believe they genuinely care about the clients and the pets. I would not consider going anywhere else.
Not very impressed, bit expensive. However, the animals looked healthy, and they have offers. Probably worth a visit to judge for yourself.
I have to buy particular sensitive food for my dog Whenever its not in stock they order it in This is the third time I have driven all the way across cambridge to pick up order to be told its not in .....Staff are so lazy and unhelpful its a joke no one takes responsibility as to why the orders werent made we can look in the book but all we can do is apologise NO WHAT YOU CAN DO IS TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO BE EFFICIENT ENOUGH TO MAKE AN ORDER PROPERLY!!and this was a manager speaking!!!!! I will not use this store again its a joke!
Popped in for some bits for our animals, great selection and covers pretty much everything you would need. Staff were friendly and approachable, I was served by Emma who was polite, friendly with a smile and offered some good advice to a question asked. I would go back and would recommend.
