Nice shop, almost over friendly staff. Had what we needed.
Love Pandora.. However I would recommend buying on-line at the Christmas as the shops are always so busy and you have to queue outside, someone then usually comes out to you to ask what it is you wanted to purchase, unfortunately more often than not what you want is out of stock.. Plus buying on-line is hassle free.
Just went into this store to exchange some charms. Had to wait 5 or so minutes to get served and in that time was made very uncomfortable by 2 other customers and a member of staff by being accused of stealing the Pandora bags that came with my online order? Half of which arrived dirty and half were not, hence putting the other half in my backpack.I won't name names negatively.On the other hand, Teegan who served me was lovely and very polite. I wish I could give it 5 star because of her but the other lady was 1 star service.Considering I've spent thousands, nearing on tens of thousands, in Pandora, I won't be in a hurry to return back to this store. Especially after being pointed at and accused of being a thief.
Excellent customer service. No rushing or pressure to buy. Very helpful and friendly assistants and really pleased with my purchases.
