Having provided a first report following a visual inspection (which was initially delayed by them) EAP then consistently and repeatedly failed to get back to us, despite chasing and promises from the office that the engineer would be in touch. This went on for weeks, finally gave them an ultimatum that we would look elsewhere but we didn't even have the courtesy of a response. We've lost weeks and had a very frustrating time, I wish we'd gone elsewhere sooner. EAP provide a professional service at a reasonable price. An engineer visited our property to look at removal of an internal load bearing wall, and after the plans came back requiring more structural work (and expense) than expected EAP listened to our concerns, and promptly sent out another engineer who provided recalculations at no additional cost. Fantastic service, would use again.
