I found my hand covered with ink from a Biro at the post office and it went all over my bag and wallet. The help offered was panicky and not efficient, I was given the email address of customer care and my rating is for THEM. They replied "Ive contacted the Branch Manager for Cambridge branch as part of my investigation, and theyve assured me at the time of the incident they offered to clean your items which were damaged by the ink, but was declined by yourself.In line with the above information, I cannot meet your request for compensation on this occasion. I understand that my response may be disappointing to you, and Im sorry that I cant assist you any further in respect of this matter." which was easily proven untrue. WHY HAVE A CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE if their answer is just in bad faith?
Ive went in twice. The first time I went in looking to send some shoes I had sold and one of the people helped me but I felt as they were being disingenuous and purposely made it cost more.So it ended up coming to 16 for standard delivery where as ,when I went to my local post office and sold a very similar pair of shoes it cost me 3.85 .But they were okay when sending my girlfriend's presents so may have just been the guy.Go to your local won't get scammed.
Their Biometrics machine is broken and they don't know when it will be fixed. The lady said the closest one is in Colchester but go to Peterborough or best Stamford if you are running out of time.
What's wrong with you guys? You should provide a phone number at least. I have been trying to get hold of you or someone (using the general Post Office number) to make sure you have BRP service. The website says you do but based on my experience, the system could be broken. I've had that problem before. To whom should I speak? You deserve 0 star if not a minus!
