Fabulous salon. Five star every visit!I have been seeing Garry since he shaved my hair off at the start of my chemo. He was compassionate beyond words. Understood my anxieties. Talked through my options. & guided me through the process. Sadly my hair has never recovered and without Garry I would undoubtedly be living life in the shadows. He has come up with solutions and made me feel fabulous once again. On top of everything else, Ive gained an amazing friend ! I cannot recommend the salon highly enough.
Was in town from the US and desperately needed a haircut. It was very easy to make an appointment online. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. My appointment was with Mel and from the consultation to my final haircut she was just wonderful. Her recommendations on the cut were spot on and I walked out with an amazing haircut. Would highly recommend the salon and Mel.
Could not believe the response I received from scruffs, I asked if they could trim the fringe on my wig and was told if you didnt get it from us were not doing it. You think a shop like that would willingly help, hope none of them end up with cancer and lose all their hair. Its not like I was not going to pay for the service I didnt expect it for free.
My son and I both visited Scruffs recently, and can say that from the ladies on reception through to the team that wash your hair and the stylist; never have I experienced such excellent service and advice. Highlights of the Salon = Haircut, Cleanliness, Atmosphere and the entertainment provided by Gary, Grant and Lily!
Im visiting Cambridge from Canada and was lucky enough to get an appointment with Christian today. The service was wonderful and most importantly... he listened! Ive been travelling for a month and suffering with an unfortunate cut combined with hotel hair products. Im very happy with Scruffs!
