I have mid lengthy hair and i am male. This puts many barbers off so opted for salon. Booked for next day (me and my son 18) no probs... Excellent service and a brilliant haircut. Jennifer cut mine and Kamelic(apologies if mid spelt) cut my son's. Would reccomened either and we "Will be back"....
Useless, rude, awful staff. Argued with me from the outset. It seems the customer is always wrong. They'd rather keep their rude staff than gain customers! Absolutely awful. Never been to a hairdressers before where I've been spoken to like that. Incompetent rude muppets

Went for a colour change and a haircut, as I was preparing to jet off for a wedding abroad! Its two weeks gone now and my hair went back to my old colour. I only allowed her to cut my ends as for the state of her own hair! The main issue was that when I booked over the phone I asked for a hair treatment similar to olaplex. I was explained that they dont do exact treatment but very similar to that, only different brand. Long story cut short.. I dont think I had the treatment done and I was still charged. I was the first client in the salon and they were confused who was gonna do my hair to begin with. When sat down do discuss, we spoke about the cut, colour and we did not mention the hair treatment, but when it came to payment I was still charged for it. The thing is, that I know what hair should feel after the treatment. Mine didnt feel like it had anything at all. Total rip off. The worst thing is, it made me feel like Im an idiot when I went back there expecting at least money back to the treatment . It was my second time in this salon. It was 2 years when I decided to come back after the first time, and I promise to myself again, that I wont be returning.
After spending 15 years going to the same hairdresser who had a salon working from home, I decided it was time for a change. I really wanted a cut that was youthful and more on trend. I felt quite anxious about finding a new salon that would understand what look I was hoping to achieve and help me to feel relaxed and confident that I was in good hands.After reading several positive reviews, I booked online with Rush, which gave me a 50% discount on my cut, so I booked a gloss also. My stylist was Jay and he was really great, listening to what I asked for and discussing the colour gloss that would work with my existing hair colour. He was very professional and I came away with a sharper, more defined haircut than I've had for years. So my new Pixie bob was a success and the colour was a beautiful glossy deep red, my whole experience was excellent and I have booked my next appointment with Jay in advance.
