Super helpful staff, all these guys are very knowledgeable, sorted me out with an awesome new guitar and took the time to set it up properly.

Wow these guys are great. I went to look at Tenor Ukuleles as I want to expand my collection and they were really knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble for them. The all seem to genuinely enthusiastic about working there. The shop is really big and has a lot of good kit for sale. They let me play and test out as many as I wanted for a long as I liked and left me to it so I didnt feel pressured by anyone. When I went to actually purchase it the guy (James I think) said hed found it cheaper for sale elsewhere and so they would price match it! I had no idea about this so was pleasantly surprised. So nice to have a good Music shop locally. I would highly recommend. I bought a Freshman Tenor Zebrawood Ukulele, kit bag and a couple plectrums. Thanks for your help guys
So for the past few years my kids have asked for various musical instruments for Christmas and the staff at PMT Cambridge have always been invariably both courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. It's one things to read reviews online, but another to actually receive a considered opinion in person (oh the irony). So I'd recommend them highly for the service, never mind the sheer range of instrument they stock.
I love this shop!! If you need gear then PMT is the place to get it!!! I did my work experience here and all the guys are genuine and extremely welcoming. Go and try some awesome guitars, there are some incredible axes here
