Spoke to the manager Aaron on the phone 1 day prior to going into store and explained that I had a modest budget and was looking for a good ,sizable television to put in my living room. After a quick chat he told me he had just the right TV for me. He was 100% correct I am now a proud owner of a very good TV with all the bells and whistles and 6 years free warranty! Really painless process with reliable service ...even help me put it in the car parked 2 streets away !

Booked an appointment on the phone to hear some amplifiers (email didn't work). Hunter and Angus were fantastic, and helped us make a selection. Very useful advice, lots of opportunity to really listen to the different options, and we are very happy with what we took home. Highly recommended.
Two young men at Richer Sounds were incredibly helpful throughout the process of me purchasing a turntable, amp and speakers. They worked so hard to ensure I was happy and got everything i needed-which i previously knew nothing about.
