Gary (G-SPARK Electrical Services) was introduced to us on the basis of the many excellent reviews already posted by other satisfied clients. We needed an electrical inspection and test report for our property, which included an outdoor swimming pool. Gary was prompt with his initial response and gave us a good understanding of what was needed to be done. The electrical test and subsequent remedial works together with additional new lighting was completed to a very high standard. Gary even included the building of a new timber shed to house the electrics for the swimming pool. All the new electrical equipment and switches have been labelled, so we now know what each switch does and an NICEIC electrical certificate was received shortly after all the works were completed.G-SPARK came highly recommended and that is exactly the service we received.
We approached Gary after having problems with a house survey during our purchase, he was happy to deal with our problem very quickly and arranged to meet at the house, he ran some tests which proved the previous survey with incorrect and said he would be happy to sort the small problems that were needed & would then complete his own survey in order to allow us to complete. Garys work was very good & his communication was excellent. He explained everything that he was doing to give us a better understanding and worked in a very clean, professional way. He did an excellent job not only in terms of the electric part, but also in terms of the finished appearance. The charge was as we discussed in advance. Neat, punctual, and honest professional.
