My husband and I woke on one of the coldest days so far this winter to find that our main electrical circuit had tripped and would not stay in the on position. Having ascertained that our regular electrician was too busy to help us, we went to RB -- accompany we had used in the past. We spoke twice to Richard, who was similarly busy all day, but was determined to help us out over the phone. With his help we isolated the cause of the problem (our combo boiler), restored power to everything else and -- as he advised -- called a specialist heating engineer to repair the boiler.
