Not organised booking service, rude not professional staff.Last booking for using my gift card when I come MY PROCEDURE WASNT DONE. When I come they told me that they cancle my booking, when I start complening about it. Because how they cancle my booking without letting me know.Then they tell me that actually my booking was 1.5h early and it's my mistake that I came late.When I asked to do the same procedure in another day, staff tell me - No or I need to pay again.When I come back in the same day to cancel my future booking they tell me that one of they staff member just finished last client and can stay to do my procedure after work (it's was at 1pm and they are working untill 4.30pm) but inbegining they for somereaso couldn't found the time for me just in 2 weeks.Some staff really take care of customers and doing job with all heart(really like - looks like Spanish Isabelle she is doing massage so good and another) but some just lie to cover mistakes.No more again.Waste of my time.

I have been a very happy customer of Iconic Health and Beauty since 2016. During this time, Ive had a variety of the treatments with most of their therapists. For this reason I feel like I can give an impartial, fair review of the business as a whole. I love going to Iconic Health and Beauty! The team are friendly but always very professional. When I got married in 2016, Boo and her team went above and beyond to make sure that I felt amazing and relaxed for my special day. They also went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and safe during my pregnancy. Even though I was fussy during this period, they were fair to me and always treated me with respect. The team is experienced and I always feel wonderful after their treatments. I have recommended them to everyone I know and will continue to do so.
I have been to this salon a couple of years back amd had an okay facial. The experience I had could be summarized as "expectations met."So today I called to make an appointment for different services as some of my friends go there too, and had to hear a very offensive comment as the lady was trying to put my info into the system over the phone. She asked me to spell my name, I started spelling it, and she said if I could repeat it again but slower because as there was a language barrier between us! She could have said just " can you please repeat it again a bit slower this time?"Shocked, I said "if there is a language barrier maybe I should not come to your salon to get service, thank very much." She said okay without an apology or explanation, an awkward silence of 5 seconds and we hung up. I have been living overseas for 15 years, 5 of it being in the UK, have never experienced anything like this. I wondered how could someone blatantly say something like that and work in an industry requires a high level of customer service ?!I am always happy to spell my name or repeat any info in person or over the phone again and again until understood, this is not the problem. Hope they figure out how to address this issue, as I don't wanna start listing on how many levels this is just wrong. - would be awfully long if I got into that as I am sociologist, too on top of being a citizen of the world-
I had my cartilage piercing done 3 months ago at this salon. After going to a proper piercing salon to have the stud replaced for a hoop, I was told that they couldnt do it as the piercing was done at such an angle that it would be impossible for the hoop to lay flat. Also, it was pierced with a normal earring not a cartilage piercing so the post is too thin for it to fit through. Ive now got to wait 3 months for it to heal to have it redone. Went to salon for a refund which was given after much explaining and persistence, but had to actually ask for an apology when leaving! Very shoddy and unprofessional customer service!
