Lisa has been doing my hair for a couple of years now and she never fails to make me feel and look fabulous everytime I leave. My daughter and two friends come here now as I am always raving about you and everytime I visit I feel so welcomed and at ease. The best hairdressing salon in Cambridge!
I dont review much but when service is above and beyond then I feel like I should. My 8 year old daughter has very long, fine hair and she hates having it trimmed, she gets very anxious theyll cut too much off. We chose Elem and Im glad we did. The lady who cut her hair, I think it was Brodie(?) was so good with her, made her feel like it was my daughters appointment not mine, which she loved! She was patient and listened to her worrys about it being to short, not rushing her into the chair or to get the scissors out. My daughter told Brodie she hates having her hair brushed after swimming every week and she suggested we get a tangle teaser brush and a better shampoo to use. We will definitely be coming back because we felt like we received a great service with a genuineness we havent had elsewhere.
The whole experience is something I want to forget quickly. Brodie was asked to suggest some cuts after all she is a director level stylist who SHOULD help customers out and not just stare back at a customer who is struggling to express in English. In the end we got a haircut which was below par. The service was so appalling that I had to brush off the hair from my kids shoulder. I am regretting that I paid tip in advance. Money down the drain experience.
