Good vets, quick available appointments, a bit pricey like all other vets though. Pet shop attached to it, easy parking.
Happy with this surgery, fairly priced and efficient. Few days ago I went for my dog at 9 pm with an urgent appointment. Glad that the vet treated gave my dog.
I have used this veterinary surgery for as long as I can remember - even before it joined the Vets4Pets franchise. They have looked after my cats, dogs and now my guinea pigs.The staff are well-trained and knowledgeable, they treat my pets like their own and they explain procedures in terms that I can understand. Everyone is friendly and very easy to talk to if I need advice or am unsure of anything.I would definitely recommend Vets4Pets Barnwell Road.
Wonderful vets, shockingly bad administration. I signed up to a pet plan when I first took my cat. I asked three times to be sent a confirmation of the contract and on one occasion was told this was not possible. I eventually phoned up the head office, who told me the local branch had not passed on my address which is why I hadn't been sent the information. More recently, my cat had an operation. I was told contradictory things about how to claim on the insurance. The claim was rejected despite the condition being covered because insufficient information had been attached to the form. I filled out a new form and submitted via the vets with the required information on but have continued to receive threatening letters demanding the money. I've now paid the full balance, despite this being covered by my insurance, solely to avoid them passing the debt onto a collection agency. I'm hundreds of pounds out of pocket, have wasted countless hours and regret ever going near this place. The veterinary staff are great but the administration of the practice is an absolute shambles.
