The Grafton is a shopping hall. It has decent shops like River Island, boots and etc. It also has a really good cinema. The Grafton also have good shops out side the shipping centre such as primark. The only problem is the the shipping experience in Cambridge is split between the Grafton and the grand arcade. But if you're willing to walk 10 to 12 minutes to walk between the two. I wouldn't say around the Grafton centre at night just to be safe but overall you get a great shopping experience.
New refurbishments are lovely nice shopping experience. Will be brilliant if a few more units get filled as there are a few empty at time of writing. (01/19)
Quite small anf many shops and restaurants closed down. Therefore, many empty places. In my opinion it would need toilets downstairs that would be more accessible to disabled people. In general it's clean, and there is a good surveillance team.
Had a real spruce up under the new owners and has greatly improved. The Grafton Quarter as a whole is more convenient than the city centre for quick shopping visits by bike.
Wow, so much here! Loads of shops and loads of varied small eateries. A good place to spend some time with the family for shopping, dining or even going to a movie. Spotless toilets, lots of visiting displays and activities. Even authentic Mexican burritos!
