So pleased to have found a tradesman that is happy to take on smaller jobs as well as big jobs and who wants to make sure his customers are happy with his work, would not hesitate to recommend Jason and will certainly be using him again for any further jobs.
24 Feb 2017 they left my home. 8 Months they came back 3 Nov 17 we were not at home. CCTV showed them arrive and leave and then come back then they used a ladder and went along the front of my home doing something then they put a note through my door saying sorry we missed you. They had NO APPOINTMENT then they came back on 6 Nov 2017 to finish putting things right. But did not do anything to my home. I can not recommend or ever use them again.Update: 27/03/2018, Told over 500 readers on my review. No since the snow and rain. Found roofing tiles have dropped down and you can see they tried to use concrete as a glue to hold them up in place. Very poor craftsmanship and I wonder if they knew what they were doing. Been told the workman no longer is working. Sole Traders, I can not find a company at the address given on Google Map.. Just block of flats. Used Google Maps Viewer and look for yourself at the address.Note: response from owner is incorrect. Is a faults review written by them and not me. I wrote a 1 Star Rating all the way down. They did not and I repeat did not do an outstanding job. I will still need a contractor to put my first roll of tiles down correctly. I do not recommend or will ever use then again.Go to Which Trusted Traders, look you my review date 24 Feb 2017 and read it. 1 Star Service, 1 Star Quality and 1 Star cost. 8 months 6 Nov 2017. They say my roof is fine?Follow-up 6 Dec 2017 found a roofing tile has fallen-ed. These highly skill work force they claim to have used concrete as glue to try holding the tiles up. Going through Which Trusted Trader to see if they are true to their word. All work 5 year warranty. Take a look at this. Used the little man bottom right hand corner of the map. Take a look at the area he says they are located. Can you find a depot, anything other than homes? I can not find them.
Replacement of old, leaking garage roof to new felt roof. New fascia surround and new downpipe and guttering.Jason and his team were extremely nice, courteous and a pleasure to have around. Jason clearly takes great pride in his work and it looked really good when he had finished. I am happy that I now have a water tight garage for many years to come. All the rubbish was put neatly to one side out of the way until it was collected the day after the job was finished. I would highly recommend Jason.Many thanks again for all your hard work.
