We went to see Stan and Ollie. I asked for one student and one senior citizen, and was charged for one adult, one senior. The young lady was in the process of training (on a Saturday), ignored my ID and continued to charge my extra. We were slightly early so we went to find or seat. It film was shown on one of the smaller screens and the theatre looked tatty and unloved. We were left to our own devices until the film started. A few people joined us but the screen next door was showing an action film, which was much louder and distracting, with explosions and loud music. Not my best experience and having to ask for my ticket to be amended, we shall not be returning.
Good cinema. Drinks and snacks are quite expensive but that is expected. If you don't go at peak times then you may even be lucky enough to have the theatre to yourself.
Found this 'The Light' to be ok on this occasion, the other cinemas of this brand I've been to are much more modern. For example the seating is more comfortable and there is more legroom. The screen itself also seemed like there were a lot of people packed into a small space. The staff were nevertheless friendly. Could perhaps do with a bit of signage saying that you can get your parking reimbursed from the multi storey over the road, as I only found this out later.
Nice cinema. It is good place for everyone in family to enjoy spending time watching favourite films together. The ticket vending machine is convenient
Absolutely in love with the IMAX screen, great seats, great leg room and fantastic sound/picture/view. However the downside is that the older cinema screen numbers have been rubbed off so it's a struggle to find what seat is yours. Apart from that it's a solid cinema
