I always get my morning breakfast from these guys. They're friendly and cheerful (even at 6.30am) and they actually understand what a 'dash' of milk means in your tea. Plus they're not as overpriced as all the other places on the platform. Couldn't ask for any more from a little kiosk at the station.
Im a regular customer who comes most days I would like to thank Lucy and Danielle on the 24th was my birthday not only did they pay for my coffee they also gave me free cake!
I have been going to this particular branch for a good few years now and have never been disappointed with the service i have received. The staff are always incredibly polite and willing to help with whatever inquiries myself or any other customers i've seen have. The quality of food and drink is always up to a high standard also which is great. A couple of staff members in particular always stand out the most to me due to their INCREDIBLE customer service standards (Alex and Lucy are their names) 10/10 would recommend going to this branch and purchasing from them :)
We ordered a latte, hot chocolate, steak pasty and chicken and mushroom pasty. We got on the train and found we had been given tea, watery hot chocolate, steak and ale pasty and a chicken curry pasty! They got the sprite and wedges right.
Bought a large meal with a friend on my way to London: two smoothies, two portions of wedges, two vegan pasties and half a dozen hash browns. During the transaction the three members of staff began serving another customer in which they became very confused as they came back to our order. We managed to leave with everything however one of the members of staff came after us in the station and said that they had given us another customers pastie (the other customer they were serving) we returned the item believing that we had left with 3 pasties by accident when in actual fact we were left with only one. Now werw sat on the train to London hungry :( all in all the food that we got was delicious just really let down by the service.
