Bought a front door lock. Friendly and helpful advice. Sometimes the shop wasn't open because they were out, better call beforehand.
Very good in terms of fitting our security systems but very poor and unhelpful in terms of maintenance or fixing any issues. Not impressed and will be looking elsewhere!!
I telephoned on or about 16 August and was promised an updated quote by the end of the following week (24 August). There was no reply to an email on 20 August and when i visited early one weekday afternoon the shop was locked up and there was no sign of activity. They didn't get back to me until 13 September by which time I had accepted another quote. The thing is if they take that long when I am offering them money how long will it take if I have a problem with a system they install?
Went in to get keys cut, didnt have the blanks, I asked for them to be ordered and they said it wouldnt be til Monday that Id get them. I called Monday morning, no answer on the phones in ANY department. Then was told rudely by staff member that I should have left a message (the cheek) its UNACCEPTABLE behavior having customers waiting for key blanks. Worst locksmiths Ive ever been to with their shoddy customer service and poor skills at cutting the keys and getting any work done. Do NOT recommend if you want any work done.
Very Rude and don't waste time... Not answering phone properly. Liars
