The staff, manager and the owner are not at all friendly. They are arrogant, very unprofessional. They treat the customer as abegger, the story which you will make to reply or pretend on this comment, I know that..! First of all I would suggest to speak politely with your customer and treat them nicely, we are paying for products that we are buying. Your not giving it free. Even couple of my friends have the same review about nip in store. The likes to this review will give you exact feed back. Sometimes the frozen food, fruits, vegetable are expired,still they sell it. And the price of the products are higher compared to other supermarkets. The treatment with customer is really very bad. I will never recommend any one to buy any product from them. Specifically indian people. I would recommend SPICE GATE Or International super market, to people who want to buy Indian food, or all kind of Asian food at better prices.
I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Nip in Store as they have the best selection of all international products and prices around! Just about everything you want in specialty foods and full selection of everyday products; excellent bakery and fresh Fruits and everything is priced right for a good value.Didn't think that I would find a decent alcohol free wines and beers until I came across this shop. The wines are superb and just taste like the real thing. Good to see all countries alcohol in one independent shop.Store environment is modern fresh and a pleasant place to shop.
