I wouldn't recommend this hospital at all. First of all they seem to be incompetent about paperwork. I have rang and also went to receptionist to fix my incorrectly typed surname yet they still sent me letters with wrong surname. Also not good on communication. They made a mistake about the time of my appointment and the correction letter they sent, they didn't pay the postage and i was asked yo pay for it. Ridiculous!Also everytime I ring them it's impossible to get to someone. You have to wait 10 minutes. I am only using this hospital to make things quicker but it doesn't feel an improvement. NHS hospitals are much better organised. Sorry.
Went to see the private GP. The doctor said to follow what my NHS GP was saying and to get back when I get the blood tests from NHS back. Didnt ordered more tests as I wanted to. And to my surprise when I called 6 days later to book the return with the blood tests results (from NHS) they said I would need to pay for a new appointment!Dont recommend! They charged me to say that I should wait for the nhs!They should be ashamed of their services! Robbing blind a sick person!
I had my tonsils removed a couple of weeks ago. The staff were brilliant. Very friendly and attentive. Everything was explained to me to give me peace of mind and the post operative nursing care was excellent. I stayed in over night and someone came to check on me regularly. It was my first operation and I was apprehensive but they really looked after me well.

Currently in having surgery and the staff are so friendly and attentive and reassuring. The hospital a modern, clean and the private rooms are spacious with every amenity too! Highly recommend.
