I've found everyone very helpful here. I'm perplexed by the reviewer who said he was not informed, as I get regular texts from them and reminders.Ms de Vos is a great dentist, and explains everything very clearly. Dr. Fortuna is also great.They are not cheap because their time and skills are valuable. Who wants a shoddy dentist ?
After several (pain free) sessions with Paolo I am no longer afraid of going to the dentist. Recommended!
Attended an appointment for a gum problem, once in with the dentist the problem was pointed out by myself, the dentist then advised it was nothing serious, just needed to floss more effectively. The dentist then gave some common knowledge advice about flossing and how to brush your teeth, this whole process must have taken less then 5 minutes. On exit I was then asked to pay 21.60... I let the receptionist know this is an extortionate price for less than 5 minutes work. She then justified this by telling me that It took longer than 5 minutes and that I had a full dental check up. Therefore, I was essentially called a liar. I've had many check ups before and these take more than 5 minutes and are more thorough, I most certainly did not have a full check up. Furthermore I never asked for a full check up. The appointment was made purely to inspect the gum problem and that is what happened. The issue is that I did not get 21.60 worth of service, these people are only interested in your money.
I had not been to the dentist for a little while, called up to make an appointment and was informed that I was no longer a patient. Apparently this practice de-registers you if they do not use their services enough. And then they do not bother to inform you.Atrocious.
