I have found this surgery to be very friendly . And not only is the receptionist very pleasant but the dental nurse and dentist surgeon have all been very nice too. I have been to some really awful dentists where you just get treated as a number instead of a person. And this surgery isnt like that at all. My dentists explains anything I ask her about regarding my teeth. And not once has she hurt me at all during any treatment she has been doing on them. Even numbing my mouth by putting the needle in it has caused me no pain at all. In fact this is the best dentist I have been to. The staff are easy going. And are so caring unlike alot of places. My only fault I can find with it is I shall be glad when they are able to get a new dentist chair as the one they use at the moment isnt very comfortable to be treated in at all. But why other people have given this practise such awful reviews I really dont know. Why go to a place if they dont like it. This surgery has been a godsend to me not only is it alot closer to my home regarding travelling. But I also feel relaxed whilst in the waiting room. Finally knowing at last that I am now seeing a dentist surgeon who does care about my teeth. Who does explain what I need doing and why. Who does take the time to answer any questions I ask. And who does treat my teeth without any pain caused at all. To me this is the best Dentist I have ever been to. And I am very glad I registered here. What more could I ask for than what I have described here. I would recommend this surgery very highly to anybody. And have no complaints or problems with it at all. Thankyou for making my appointments with you so easy going. Rather than having to sit in a waiting room dreading what is about to come. Finally I have found the dentist I can trust and who does care about her patients very much. I appreciate the staff and their very friendly attitude they show their patients. From Rebecca Bryant.
Appalling indifference to my tooth problems. 3 minute NHS examination and dismissal, ignoring bleeding and tooth chipping. Afterwards tooth cracked up and fell out in bits. Don't go here!
My partner has been here for ever and a day (very healthy teeth) and has never had an issue, me on the other hand; Not the best condition, needs actual time and attention...The service given by the practice owner is beyond shocking! I had to request a quick clean at every check up (only received it once), though it is mediatory under NHS contract. There has been some rather large issues of late, and the practice owners blas attitude absolutely contributes to my issues worsening. no responsibility was taken, in fact i was told that i was lying as the sparse notes from some of my appointments did not match my visits or points in my complaints.At every visit my being there seemed rushed, there was always (and i mean always) a large wait... staff retention is poor.This is very much a business of getting you in and out as quickly as possible, any issues that you have that are not prevented only serves in the interest of the practice.avoid, avoid, avoid.

If you want a dentist who does not know what scale looks like, this is the right place for you. I would have been happy with an apology, but only got denial. For his defense maybe the doctor just needed a new pair of grasses.
