On multiple occasions I've come in with the intention to buy something but felt uncomfortable and purchased it online instead. On one particular occasion I came in with a product name and style that I had purchased previously from the store and the sales assistant repeatedly told me I had the wrong information, I went elsewhere and found exactly what I was looking for (my information was correct) and had a much better experience. Selection of clothing keeps becoming slightly more commercial. I get the impression that they'll only give you good customer service if they think you're going to buy something, which is why I now go to farfetch online instead.
Always enjoy shopping here a good selection of quality clothes on display always , top brands ,always over spend that's because it's that good.
Have not been in for a 10+ years, as I found them to be snobbish. Can not see the reason for it , they only sell clothes, not like they have discovered some life saving drug like some of their customers. Much prefer Ede and Ravenscroft, perfect discrete service.
If you came to Cambridge and searching for really good clothing, its the place for you. Expect different prices, that depends on type of clothing that you choose, from 35 Sale ones, to thousands of pounds Guccis and etc.Service is really great, you can always ask for a drink, like water or soft ones, if you order something from warehouse(for example: you choose something from website and occasionally they dont have it in store, that happens really rare, but anyway) it will come in 1 day, you can also ask for shortening jeans for example. In conclusion Id like to say that its a great place if you want some really good clothing, service and of course polite personal!P.S. my recommendation is to always check the sale on their website before going to the store, they often have sales up to 60%!
Lovely store, greeted upon entrance by an assistant. Didn't feel pressured at all once in the store, with a nice relaxed feel. The assistant advised me on sizing in terms of the length and fits of jackets etc.., taking time to find other sizes not on the shop floor. Overall, great experience.
