Awful. Charged 20 pounds for vw touran inside and out. When I placed the order the the order the lady in charge barked that this would be vacuum ONLY. Got back and the car was very clean outside but vacuum ONLY had only taken place on the seats and floor. The dash had not been touched. I complained to be loudly asked what my problem was by a male member of staff. Very intimidating. Have just got home to find the ash tray has been emptied of around 8 pounds in change and even a strip of my prescription medication!!!! Any roadside carwash will be cheaper, theyll do the job properly, be polite and wont steal your property!!! Do not touch with a barge pole

What more can I say. They occasionally wash my car and do a very good job. I think I get a little reduction being a taxi driver, but always give a tip.

Don't waste your money, car still dirty, covered in streaks, bird poo still on car. My kids do a better job and it only costs me an ice cream!

Usually don't write reviews but awful customer service.Over 5 areas left dirty and told by the manager and two other employees"you get what you pay for, if you don't like it don't come back!".Will never use again!

Sabri and his team are brilliant! They not only gave my car a gold standard clean quickly and to a very high standard but when I realised that I had left my purse at home they were very kind and reassured me that they trusted me to return to pay at the weekend. Fabulous customer service and quality I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family!
