Great customer service experience. Always knowledgeable and 1st class service from the lovely Kurt. Manager Ben also helped me order in items I wanted to buy. Great store.
Good selection of funko pops. It's a shame they separate the chase ones and charge 22+ for them since other sites simply send them out at random and do not charge more for them. Plenty of other places to find pops, including exclusives at retail prices so I'd go there rather than forbidden planet.
They've got a nice selection of niche interest stuff at pretty good prices too. Their London store is bigger and better but I guess you'd expect that. The staff at this store aren't the friendliest though, I got pretty much ignored by the cashier as he was more interested in talking to another member of staff (who also was on the shop floor talking to someone else as a long queue was forming). Overall a decent trip though due to the good selection of stuff they sell.Edit 07/10/18, I've been back here again recently and the staff seem a lot friendlier and more helpful than they often used to be. Changing review from 3 to 4 stars!
